TRX / Indo Board Fusion Exercises - Great For SUP!

Both the TRX and Indo boards are great ways to train your core for Stand Up Paddle Surfing.  Here are some great exercises you can do using BOTH of them!  Post your comments below about how they work out for you!

    These exercises are extremely good to burn fat in the hips as well as the legs area. This is what i have been looking for to get fit in those ares. And been looking forward to it. I would like to try them out.

    The exercises seems to be easy but a bit difficult to perform i would say. I am happy that the fitness trainer has provided the maximum tutorial on how to perform each squat especially side lounges.
